Warranty & Service

All products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

If any issue occurs, our on-site technician will inspect and repair the product.

If the issue cannot be repaired, the product will be replaced under warranty.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper handling, wear and tear, electrical faults from external sources, or physical damage caused by the customer.
- Warranty terms are aligned with our Terms & Conditions and apply strictly to manufacturing defects.
Refund & Return Conditions

Since all products are custom-made, refund or return requests are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

After 24 hours, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned, as the customization process begins immediately.

Post-delivery issues are handled only through warranty repair or replacement, not refunds.
