1. General
These Terms govern your use of our website and all transactions made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our Terms & Conditions and all associated policy pages.
Users under the age of 18 are not permitted to use this website.
2. Products & Customization
All products are custom-made upon order. Once placed, production begins immediately, and changes or cancellations can only be made within the first 24 hours (see Cancellation Policy).
3. Pricing & Payments

Prices are listed in AED (UAE Dirhams) and may change without notice.

We accept Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards in AED.

Customers should retain a copy of transaction records and our terms/policies.

We do not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, as per UAE law.
4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped Saturday–Thursday (Friday off).

Deliveries are handled in-house (no third-party courier).

Delivery time: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs vary by city within the UAE.

5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement by contacting info@profab.ae or +971 55 770 5576.
Refunds, where applicable, will exclude payment processing fees or taxes.

6. Warranty & Returns

All products include a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

If an issue arises, our on-site technician will inspect and repair the product.

If the product cannot be repaired, it will be replaced under warranty.

Damage from misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. Limitation of Liability
PROFAB KITCHEN APPLIANCES L.L.C shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or product purchase.
