Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of placement.
- For cancellation requests within the allowed timeframe, please contact our support team as soon as possible.

After this 24-hour window, cancellation requests cannot be accepted, as the customization process begins immediately.

Cancellation Confirmation
Once your cancellation request is received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email as proof of cancellation.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please get in touch with us for assistance.
Refund Process
If your order is cancelled within the allowed 24-hour window:

A refund will be issued through bank transfer.

Payment processing fees and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or card provider.
